Nancy was wonderful. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and fun! We shared some great laughs with her and it made my birthday extra special. The SUV was a perfect car and the air conditioning and water supplied were much needed on our hot day. Everything went just wonderful for us. Thanks for the awesome job helping us enjoy Sonoma!!
