Time starts when we leave our Yard in Sonoma unless other arrangements have been made.

Yes. You can cancel up to 72 hours prior to your Tour Day without a charge from us. If you cancel within 72 hours we charge you $150.00 per day that was cancelled.

If a passenger gets sick in the vehicle there will be a $300.00 clean up fee charged to

the client. If a passenger gets sick on the outside of the vehicle, a $100.00 clean up fee will be charged

to the client.

In either case, service will be terminated immediately and without refund.

Behavior resulting in damage to the vehicle will be charged in full to the clients for both repairs and loss of use.

Yes, we frequently pick up and drop off guests in San Francisco. Our time starts when we leave our Yard in Sonoma and ends when we drop you off.

No, we currently do not offer airport pick-ups at SFO, OAK or SAC

You will be connected with your driver the day prior to your tour via call or text to confirm pick-up time and location.

Your driver will meet you at your accommodations or your designated pick-up spot.

Yes, you have your driver for as long as you need on your reserved day.

Typically groups can visit around 3 to 4 wineries in a six hour period. The average Wine Tour day runs about 7 hours as we recommend a lunch stop included as well. This would be spending a little over an hour at each location, depending on the group size.
Winery tours or food and wine pairings typically take at least 90 min.

Yes, typically the concierge will just need the name, email, and phone number associated with the membership account.

No, most wineries require reservations or are appointment only. Some wineries allow walk-ins, but you are subject to availability. Our concierge can assist in providing a list of locations that allow walk-ins.

No, we cannot transport anyone under the age of 21.

While we love your furry friends, we do not transport pets.

Yes, you can bring food and drink in the vehicle to enjoy during your tour. Unfortunately most wineries do not have permits to allow for outside food.

Yes, please let us know if there are any non-drinkers in your group so we can book the reservations accordingly. Winery fees may vary for non-drinkers depending on the winery.
